CANCELLATIONS: If you send an email within 72 hours of placing the order and production has not begun on your item, we are willing to cancel your order and issue a refund. After 72 hours (or sooner if production has begun), we are unable to issue a refund as we will have secured the merchandise to fulfill your order and/or spent time on the graphic design.
RETURNS: As all our items are custom engraved, we are unable to accept returns. Once engraved, items cannot be restocked.
ENGRAVING ERRORS: If we make a mistake on your order, we will be happy to correct the error or replace your item with the correction at no charge. However, ALL personalization’s require approval before production. If the product was approved with the error, the mistake is yours.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives to you broken or damaged in transit, please send us a photo to document. We will replace or refund the item if it was broken or damaged by the postal service as long as we receive notification within 5 days of the delivery date.
